  • Can you return to my event to pop my balloons?
    Yes. Our strike fee is $50 per individual arrangement.
  • What is your rush fee?
    Our rush fee for small scale balloon arrangements is $50 each. A Rush fee of $75+ applies to medium and large scale balloon arrangements.
  • How far in advance should I submit an inquiry for my event?
    Please submit an inquiry no later than 2 weeks before your event.
  • Can I provide the balloons for my install?
    No. The price of quality balloons is built into your estimate.
  • How long is the backdrop rental period?
    Your backdrop rental includes a period of 4 hours.
  • When is payment due?
    The payment of your balloon invoice is due upon receipt to guarantee that your event is added to our calendar. If 3+ days have passed after receiving your balloon invoice, please check with us to guarantee that your date is still available.
